As professional, qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyors we are designated as Registered Valuers by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which means that bodies such as Housing Associations, The Courts and the HMRC acknowledge and are much less likely to challenge a valuation prepared by a professional property valuer.
We also specialise in giving our clients expertise in homebuyer reports and building surveys in addition to Red Book valuations - the gold standard of valuations that can only be carried out by a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
