Our reports come through RICS licensed forms in a user friendly format. They are independent of any lender whose valuation is for the lender and not you. We identify defects and give condition ratings. It can help our clients in making an informed choice as well as a renegotiation position.
We also provide Building Surveys - a comprehensive survey of internal and external construction of a property.
These are independent of any lender. We recommend such a survey for properties that are non traditional, older, perhaps showing signs of doubt in your mind and you require peace of mind. These surveys include up to 4 hours in the property and will include moisture testing, photographs and other investigative work. This survey will assist you in allocating budgets for short and long term repairs as well as being used to renegotiate.
